Landscape designers, installers, lawn maintenance, and homeowners are all discovering new ideas in landscape options.
The newest and most exciting craze is concrete landscape edging or concrete borders. Applications for the landscape curb can be anywhere you might use metal edging, railroad ties, timbers, pavers, bricks, and anywhere you want to keep put a curb as a border.
The concrete curb is poured on-site via a concrete mixer at your home and then shoveling it into a curb machine that extrudes the concrete into a slip-formed curb. The curb can be in 4 different slip forms like the most popular, the mowers edge curb.
This style is 6 inches wide by 4 inches high with a lower shelf that goes to the grass side so, when mowing, the lawnmower wheels ride on the lower shelf, eliminating any extra edging that would normally have to be done. The concrete curb adds a polished new look to any landscape, provides a durable permanent border, and fits all designs and contours.
